Jenny Boully is the author of The Body: An Essay (Essay Press), The Book of Beginnings and Endings (Sarabande), [one love affair]* (Tarpaulin Sky Press), and most recently not merely because of the unknown that was stalking toward them (Tarpaulin Sky Press). She has a Ph.D. in English from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. Her book of verse and prose poems is forthcoming from Coconut Books in Fall 2012. She teaches nonfiction and poetry at Columbia College Chicago, where she directs the MFA Program in Nonfiction.
